This is great news for the advocate of children. John Walsh and his family deserve this closure. When this crime occurred back in the early 80’s there were no real laws that protected children. Actually, not many people believed their children would ever be harmed in any way. So as a result children were allowed to go places and be places that today would be thought to be neglect.
I don’t agree with the end of this article, which states that parents now are paranoid and that John Walsh created this. I think the way the world is now, it is not being paranoid, it is being careful with our children and protecting them.
John Walsh is a hero like very few. My hats of to you, John!
